Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all blades, guards, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Empire

  Affix your shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
